Solid timber wood flooring — long planks and strip boards in hardwood species suited to Singapore conditions. Supplied unfinished or pre-finished, installed over plywood subfloor and finished on-site.

Solid timber flooring uses single-piece hardwood planks, typically 14–22 mm thick and 80–180 mm wide. Long planks give a calmer visual line than short parquet blocks. Solid timber can be sanded and re-coated multiple times over its service life, which is one of its key practical advantages.
Strip flooring — narrow planks (typically 60–90 mm wide), tighter visual rhythm, lower cost per square foot. Standard plank — 90–140 mm wide, balanced look. Wide plank — 140–180 mm and above, calmer surface but more sensitive to seasonal movement; specification should match the room conditions.
Matt, satin and gloss finishes are available in both water-based and oil-based systems. Bona premium finishes are offered for owners who want the higher-end coating; they cost more than standard grades.
